| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

| How much is my shipping? |
| |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |

Returns and Exchanges
Return policies may vary per location, the following is the Return and Exchange Policy for www.IlDolceUSA.com webstore only.
Unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 14 days from the date of shipping with an original receipt or gift receipt. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the amount of merchandise only. We will accept Returns and Exchanges up to 60 days from the date of shipping for a store credit only.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail or other Insured Carrier:
Circle the item(s) you wish to return or exchange on the enclosed Packing Slip/Return & Exchange form, and indicate the reason for your Return or Exchange.
Indicate what type of refund you wish to receive for returns, (credit to your original form of payment, or store credit). Indicate what item(s) you wish to exchange for for all exchange item(s).
Circle the shipping address or supply a new one we should use for your exchange or refund, (if refund is not issued to a credit card)
Pack and seal your return or exchange securely, in the original package if possible and inclued the completed return/exchange form. Packages must be returned postage/shipping prepaid, we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend you insure your package and use a carrier that provides tracking information, we will NOT be held responsible for Returns/Exchanges that do not reach our offices.
Please note customers pay all shipping fees associated with Returns, and Exchanges.

Credit Card Refunds:
Refunds for returns or overage on an exchange, can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 Billing Cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. |

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
